There is something inherently distasteful about these concepts, but you put it correctly about paddling with the tide. It is in our nature to play by the rules within a 'fair' system, but eventually we realize the system was never fair. Doug Casey is a good source of info, he especially advocates corporations and trusts for the reasons you stated. They are 'within the rules' of the tax man, just not well understood by the public at large. Family corps are still legitimate business, even if they have an ulterior motive.

Trusts are the real big deal, because they can own corporations and other assets. So you can end up with several layers of security, to the point where the owners of the trust located on foreign soil are not even disclosed. I have not managed to do this mainly because it is very expensive to set up, but this is how all the big players do it. My advice is paddle with that tide. Use their own system to your advantage, enjoy more freedom, privacy, and future security.

I couldn't have said it better. My thinking is, if I find the enemy's rifle lying around with several boxes of ammo, I'll be danged if I'm not going to use it on him. I would prefer a fair and equal system, but it is stacked against us. There are ways to do this that aren't too expensive to start, and you can add to it as your bank account swells. Imagine selling shares in your kid's medical school education, and paying dividends when he/she graduates.

VO: Yes, a family trust is expensive to set up and taxes are expensive and complicated to prepare every tax year. Sometimes, mostly, taxes have to be estimated and paid quarterly. This is a real pain in the ass.

A trust is only one option. There are also S-Corps, LLCs and other means to the same end, and they can be expanded and amended as needed. I think of how much stuff I'd still have if the ex didn't get it all.

If you can't beat them, join them . In as much as using their game to our own advantage. There are a myriad of little and big things that can be achieved. What is deemed illegal by the criminally un just system becomes less so. Why are all politicians lawyers? Because they can use it to their criminal advantage.

The system is designed by corporations for the benefit of corporations, so it stands to reason that corporations get all the goodies and the rest of us get the shaft. There are many ways to use their system against them and for us. Fighting it just gets you poor and beaten, so get your glove and bat and go at 'em!

Rufus: Are you talking about a S Corporation: https://www.shopify.com/blog/start-s-corp#

The S corporation passes on the taxes as regular income to its employees (family members) who are then taxed at the individual rate, but, an S Corporation would theoretically protect a family from having to sell the ranch or farm when the elder/owner died to pay the Estate Taxes.

The hard part is finding a family that can get along with each other.

That's one form, and the US is one country. There are many options and some come with a second passport (always handy). It takes some study, but there's lots of info out there. In the end, we are looking for ways to preserve and protect now, and pass on the goodies to the kids without the Big Guy getting 50% slices.

Rufus: Doug Casey and his gang keep saying to leave the USA. NO! The uSA was the best country in history (at one time). It was unique. Sure it had slavery and other problems in SOME parts of the country, but it had sound money, no income tax, no sales tax, no standing armies, and it thrived.

If the uSA goes to hell, so does the human race. I mean, what's the point?

I recently saw a TwiX that read something like: "If they moved all the Nigerians to Norway, and all the Norwegians to Nigeria, in 5 years Norway would be a shithole and Nigeria would be a paradise." Pretty much sums it up.

Rufus: I saw that TwiX. It's true. Africans tell me that they all hate Nigerians and fear Somalians.

Rufus: I agree. But it all comes down to, "Does a person give a shit about what he leaves behind after he dies?"

I remember one guy saying, "I want to die with a dime in my pocket, well, maybe two dimes to cover my eyes. My kids are assholes and so are my relatives and the government can suck my dead dick!"

I'm in line with that, though I would rather see to it that anyone but the gummint gets the goodies, even if it means leaving it to the cat.

Rufus: The cat will spend the money on fur products and catnip. You can always give your money to the local church/synagogue/mosque. Hahaha. What's the difference? Pedophiles all.

Well, the cat's not a pedo, so far as I know. I've spent 16 years having my ears blown out ever few hours, so no money in that direction either. With any luck, I'll have spent it all anyway, so I'm not overly concerned about it.

It is said that when they first learned about their daughter's death at the hands of Teddy Kennedy in the car he drove into the water at Chappaquiddick, her family sued him. On discovery, they learned that he was a pauper with no money and no assets and no income. Well, what about the car? It was owned by a trust. Great, do discovery on the assets of the trust. It owned one very wet car.

I don't endorse this sort of thing, but I not only know all about it, I have helped people use it as a strategy for wealth protection.

You can only be required to pay income tax if you have income. You can only be required to pay property tax if you own property.

The way I see it, when you are in the woods, you wear forest cammo, and when you are in the desert, you wear desert cammo. Thus, it stands to reason that if you are surrounded by Fascists, you should wear Fascist cammo.

You only wear camouflage if you want to blend in. I have not wanted to blend in for quite a while.
